Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Information
Aurora Nightmare Art currently ships to the United Kingdom and the USA. Our shipping rates and methods are as follows:

  • United Kingdom – All orders are shipped via Second-Class Royal Mail with a shipping charge of £3.25.
  • United States – Orders are shipped using standard Evri shipping with a charge of £13.22.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and external factors beyond our control.

Returns Policy

We take great care in producing high-quality products, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy varies depending on the type of product:

  1. Handmade Earrings
    • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase only if the product is damaged.
    • To request a return, please supply clear images of the damage when contacting us.
  2. Printed-to-Order Products (All Other Items)
    • Each product is printed to order, meaning we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
    • If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, exchange, or any reason other than a product fault, you will need to handle the return process yourself.
    • Please note that we cannot accept customer returns on-site, so ensure you detail your return address clearly if applicable.

Failed Deliveries & Return to Sender
If an order is returned to us due to a delivery failure, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that shipping costs must be paid again before the item is resent.

Faulty Products
We strive for excellence, but in the rare event that you receive a faulty item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email or live chat with a photo and description of the fault.
  2. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
  3. Faulty products reported within 28 days of dispatch are eligible for a refund or replacement. After this period, only replacements will be offered.
